摘要
工会组织要想在企业发展中有所作为,就必须在创新和发展上做文章。结合企业的实际,就应在提高职工的劳动技能、科学文化素质上下工夫;在深化厂务公开工作上下工夫;在发展和谐劳动关系上下工夫;在建立帮扶长效机制和加强自身建设上下工夫。
If enterprise trade unions want to make contributions to the develpment of enterprises, they must devote time and energy to improving labour skill and scientific and cultural quality of workers and staff members, opening factory affairs, establishing harmonious labour relations and strengthening self- improvement.
