文章认为,新形势下应从五方面开辟煤炭企业思想政治工作新途径:一是抓调研,提高思想政治工作的预见性,激活思想政治工作的效力;二是抓重点,解决好职工群众关注的热点和难点,激活思想政治工作的影响力;三是抓创新,改进工作方法,激活思想政治工作的吸引力;四是抓队伍,注重素质的提高,激活思想政治工作的作用力;五是抓根本,掌握理论,熟悉政策,激活思想政治工作的说服力。

According to the article, there are five means for coal enterprises to carry out ideological and political work among workers and staff members. They are to improve the foreseeability through deep investigation and study, to solve the hot problems workers and staff members are much concerned about, to bring forth new ideas into work ways, to make efforts to improve the quality of workers and staff members, and to master necessary theories and familiarize oneself with the policies in force.
