钛合金牙种植体表面与复合涂层结合强度及结合机理探讨

摘要 采用两步烧结法烧成的钛合金牙种植体表面与复合涂层结合强度及结合机理。通过结合界面的XRD谱、XPS谱和FT-IR谱,提出了界面理想结构模型;应用该模型解释了延长烧成时间和还原气氛烧成对结合强度不利的原因。同时对最佳的烧成温度、烧成时间以及合理的升温速度作了预测。 The mechanism and integrating strength of the composite coating with the surface of cobalt alloy dental implant made by a two-step-sintering method were studied in this paper. By means of analysing of the interface between the coating and the matrix by XRD XPS and FT-IR techniques,an ideal structure model of the interface was given,which can be used to interprete the poor shear strength between the coating and the matrix caused by prolonging of sintering time and sintering in reducing atmosphere. The optimum sintering temperature ,sintering time and proper heating-up rate were estimated in the meantime.
