脂肪组织来源的基质细胞向神经细胞分化及其在脑缺血疾病治疗中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,细胞移植治疗脑缺血疾病已成为研究热点,多种细胞已被用于基础研究及临床治疗中。目前常用的种子细胞是骨髓基质细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs),它在一定的条件下可分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌母细胞和神经细胞。但骨髓穿刺具有创伤性,有一定的痛苦,且只能得到少量的细胞(大约1MSC/10s基质干细胞),需经体外大量扩增才能满足临床需要,是一个费时、昂贵、并有细胞污染和丢失风险的过程,因此。广泛、大量使用颇为受限。
