摘要 目的:合成氧氟沙星人工抗原。方法:采用碳二亚胺法将氧氟沙星与牛血清白蛋白偶联合成完全抗原,采用混合酸酐法将氧氟沙星与卵清蛋白偶联合成应用于ELISA检测的包被抗原。结果与结论:经紫外光谱分析和动物免疫试验证明抗原合成成功。该人工抗原可用于氧氟沙星单克隆抗体的制备及其ELISA检测试剂盒的研制。 Aim :To synthesize ofloxacin artificial antigen. Methods:The immunogen,ofloxacin-BSA, was synthesized by carbodimide method; the coating antigen for ELISA,ofloxacin-OVA, was synthesized by isobutylchloroformate method. Results and Conclusion :The two artificial antigens were successfully synthesized. The synthesis of ofloxaein artificial antigen provides a basis for next monoclonal antibody preparation and ELISA kit development.
