郑州市农户对新型农村合作医疗制度认知情况调查

Investigation of farmers' cognition about new rural cooperative medical system of Zhengzhou

目的:分析郑州市3个县(市)农户对新型农村合作医疗制度(新农合)的认知情况。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法从郑州市新农合试点县(市)中抽取巩义、新郑、中牟3县(市),对其农户参合率、对新农合的认知程度及认知途径、对新农合的评价和各级定点医疗机构报销比例知晓率进行调查分析。结果:3个县(市)参合率92.1%,巩义市农户参合率最高,中牟次之,新郑参合率最低。3县(市)农户对新农合的满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),巩义市农户对新农合的总体评价最高;3县(市)农户对新农合定点医疗机构的报销比例知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),新农合实施较早的巩义参合农民对报销比例比较清楚;知道新农合为农民办好事、参合后受益及乡级医院报销比例是影响农民继续参合的主要原因。结论:应充分发挥政府的支持、组织管理及动员作用,提高农户对新农合的认知程度及参合积极性,进一步完善新农合制度和实施方案。

Aim： To analyze the farmers＇ cognition towards the new rural cooperative medical system （NRCMS） of Zhengzhou. Methods：Gongyi, zhongmu, Xinzheng were selected from the counties of NRCMS by random stratified sampiing to investigate the proportion of people taking part in NRCMS, the cognition assessment of NRCMS and comprehension of the proportion of reimbursement. Results ： The average proportion of the person taking part in NRCMS of the three counties was 92.1% , and the highest was Gongyi, the lowest was Xinzheng, There were significant differences in the satisfaction （P 〈0.001 ） and the farmer＇cognition towards the proportion of reimbursement in decided medical institutions of NRCMS （ P 〈 0.001 ） among the thre counties, The farmers of Gongyi who took part in NRCMS earlier had well known of the proportion of reimbursement. Whether knowing the NRCMS was good for the farmers, benefiting from the NRCMS after taking part in NRCMS and the proportion of reimbursement in hospitals of country were main factors affecting the farmers to go on taking part in NRCMS. Corlclusion,It＇s neccesary for the government to develop the farmer＇ cognition and enthusiasm about NRCMS and to further improve the eooperrative medical system and programs.
