摘要
单件小批生产方式条件下的工序质量控制问题,一直是生产过程质量控制的难点。如何在现有的统计质量控制方法基础上,结合单件少批生产方式的特点,系统地提出适用于此种生产组织方式的工序技师质量控制方法,是一种有益的尝试。本文以某企业冲压件(多种产品)的工序质量控制为例,对原始数据进行了转换处理,使多品种产品数据得以在统一口径下进行运算、处理。实践证明本文提出的方法符合冲压工序运行的实际,有较强的实用性。
Abstract The working procedure quality Control problem under the single piece of product of the smallscale production mode is one of the difficulties in the processing quality control.It is an effective attempting to put forward one suitable method to control working procedure quality, which is for this kind of production mode, based on present statistical quality control methods and combined with the characteristiss of the single product or the smallscale production mode.In this paper, the authors take the press forging procedure QC of a firm as example.The authors transform the basic data into analogous pattern to make the multi-Variety data able to be computed.At Last, the case justified that the method put forward by the authors is suitable to the keality of the working procedure, which has obviousey practical results.
