棕榈油中多种添加剂测定方法的研究

Determination of additives in palm oil

采用乙腈提取棕榈油中多种添加剂PG、THBP、TBHQ、NDGA、BHA、OG、DG、BHT、苏丹红Ⅰ、苏丹红Ⅱ、苏丹红Ⅲ和苏丹红Ⅳ,浓缩后用乙腈-水淋洗的高效液相色谱多波长检测法测定其中各待测组分的含量,方法最低检测限:PG、THBP、NDGA、OG、DG为0.5 mg/kg;TBHQ、BHA、BHT为1 mg/kg;苏丹红Ⅰ、苏丹红Ⅱ、苏丹红Ⅲ和苏丹红Ⅳ为10μg/kg。相对标准偏差为2.03%～6.89%,回收率为88.85%～108.38%。该方法简便、快速,稳定可靠。

After the sample was resolved in hexane and extracted with acetonitrile, and then concentrated, the determination of eight antioxidants and four harmful pigments in the treated sample was studied by using HPLC at muhilength. The detection limit of PG,THBP,NDGA,OG, DG was 0.5mg/kg,TBHQ,BHA,BHT was 1 mg/kg, SudanⅠ, SudanⅡ, SudanⅢ, SudanⅣ was 10 μg/kg with relative standard deviation was 2.03%- 6.89%. The recoveries of the nine compositions were from 88.85% to 108.38%. The method is simple, efficient, accurate and suitable for analysis of antioxidants and harmful pigments.
