The Types of Administrative Registration and the Perfection of This System

我国法律制度中涉及登记的事项广泛、种类繁多、性质复杂。对诸多登记行为进行类型化研究的意义在于从登记行为法律效果与私人权益的关系出发,分类说明不同登记行为对私人活动的介入方式、范围,进而阐明不同登记行为的法律属性,以及我国现行登记制度存在的缺陷,并以此为基础探究制度的完善。

Our legal system contains registrations with wide scope, various types and sophisticated natures. The value for us to classify these different registrations is to find the ways and extension they affect private activities and, further more, to clarify their various legal natures and the flaws of our current registration system, and finally find a way to perfect it.
