十二辊CR轧机中间辊轴向窜动系统故障分析及改善对策

摘要 十二辊CR轧机是日本三菱重工开发的专门用于生产特殊钢的轧机,通过中间辊轴向窜动系统实现中间辊有规律的往复匀速窜动,使中间辊整个辊面均匀受力,减少了带钢表面产生辊印的机会,保证了带钢表面的质量,同时又延长了整个辊子的使用寿命。但在实际生产中,中间辊轴向窜动机构经常出现故障,严重影响生产,本文通过对轧机的故障进行分析,提出了改善对策。 12 roller CR mill was designed for the production of special steel specifically by Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Through displacement of Intermediate roller, the mill realizes regular movements so that the entire Middle Roller surface uniformly and reduce the opportunities for India of the strip surface. In practice, the axial movement of intermediate roller occurs frequently and affected seriously the production. In order to ensure the quality of the strip surface and extend the life of the whole roller. The article proposed improvement measures which is based on failure analysis of the mill.
