控制轧制是利用钢中形成碳、氮及碳氮化合物,在不同轧制条件下产生溶解和析出机理,达到抑制晶粒长大以及产生沉淀强化作用,在控制轧制中,前者尤为重要。了解掌握合金元素在加热变形及随后冷却过程中的析出规律,可使我们通过添加合金元素、控轧控冷来达到对钢材性能的要求。
Slather the micro-alloying elements in control rolling at present, because forming C, N and CH compounds in steel. Utilization the mechanism of dissolve and segregate constrain grain growth and precipitation strength effect. Hold the method of segregate of alloying elements in heating deformation and succeeding cooling process so that control the adding alloying elements even control rolling or cooling achieve the requirements of properties of steel.
