摘要
生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染是一种广泛存在的性传播疾病。自从Laverty发现宫颈癌组织中存在HPV病毒颗粒以来,从不同角度对HPV与宫颈癌的相关性进行大量和广泛的研究,证实HPV感染是宫颈癌发病的必需因素。现对近年来HPV与宫颈癌的流行病学、病因学、免疫学、分子生物学方面的研究进展作一综述。
