摘要
混凝土的渗透性是决定其耐久性的一个非常重要的方面,渗透性的高低直接影响流体向混凝土内部传输速率的大小,进而在很大程度上对混凝土的耐久性产生重要的影响。结合工程实践,对原有的混凝土渗透性试验装置进行了创新,并借鉴其他研究者的研究思路,设计了一套拉应力条件下混凝土水渗透性试验装置。初步试验结果显示,运用该方法具有适用性强、操作相对便捷的特点。工程实践也表明,拉应力状态对混凝土水渗透性影响明显,科学有效的试验方法对于合理预测混凝土的耐久性具有很好的实际意义。
Permeability of concrete is one of the factors that determine its durability. Different permeability has a direct effect on the transport viscosity of liquid ( water or gas) from surface to inner and in turn produces further effect on the durability of concrete. From the everyday work experiences and the other researchers' ideas and on the basis of the traditional concrete permeability test devices, in this paper is introduced an innovation and new design for the water permeability test of concrete under the tensile deformation. The initial experimental results indicate that this innovation has the characteristics of good adaptability and easy operation. The situ results also show that tensile stress has the obvious effects on the water permeability of concrete and that the scientific and effective test methods can produce excellent and practical significance in predicting the durability of concrete.
