摘要
采用添加配位剂氨基乙酸于料液中,以取代传统的树脂转型方法.考察了淋洗pH值、进样量及料液Co、Ni比等因素对分离的影响.在pH=3.40时5g树脂可以将1600μg的Co、Ni比为1~100的金属完全分离.并就氨基乙酸的配位。
Chromatografic separation of Co(Ⅱ) & Ni(Ⅱ) with CL P507 Levextrel resin was studied. The method of adding ligand glycine in feed was developed instead of resin transformation. The effects of eluent's pH value,amounts and ratio of Co,Ni on separation were examined. Samples containing 1600μg metals with Co/Ni ratio of 1~100 can be separatedeffectively by 5g resin at pH=3.40. The actions of glycine ascoordination and buffer on separation process were investigated.
