摘要
根据亥姆霍兹-基尔霍夫积分,严格地推导了菲涅尔波带片的光场的轴向和径向的强度分布表达式.通过不加任何近似的数值模拟计算,直观地显示了轴向和径向的强度分布随一系列波带数。
In this paper ,the expressions for calculating axial and radial intensity distributions of the Fresnel zone plate is rigorously derived based on Helmholtz Kirchhoff diffraction integration,and numerical simulations are carried out without any approximation.The numerical results show variations of the axial and radial intensity distributions with a series of zone numbers and focal lengths.
