俄罗斯是一个在历史反思中寻求民族振兴的国家。在经历社会动荡之后,俄联邦政府积极进行公民教育改革,凸显了俄罗斯公民教育的鲜明特点,即注重公民教育的民族性、公民教育内容的系统化、公民教育系统的网络空间化和公民教育课程的现代化。这些对我国的公民教育具有一定的借鉴意义。

Russia is a nation which has been seeking for national development from its historical reflection. Russian government reformed the civic education positively after social turbulence ,which made the citizenship education in Russia with brilliant characteristics as follows： focusing on the nationalism of the civic education,systematizing the content of civic education,networking the system of civic education,modernization of the curriculum of civic education. All these above can provide some reference for the civic education in China.
