一种可选择性降低苯并[a]芘的滤嘴吸附剂 被引量:16

摘要 为有效降低卷烟烟气中的苯并[a]芘,进行了网络高分子多孔径材料滤嘴吸附剂的研制。性能测试及烟气分析和感官评吸结果表明:①该滤嘴吸附剂材料为圆柱形,其颗粒为多孔性粒子结构,粒径分布在0、1~10μm之间,厚度1~3μm,孔径2~3nm,属于纳米介孔级的网络高分子多孔径材料,具有分子筛的特性;②与对照样品相比,其降低苯并[a]芘(35%以上)的幅度明显高于焦油量(10%)的幅度,而对水分和烟碱等的影响极小,对卷烟感官质量无明显影响;③生产原料易得,合成工艺较为简单,其孔径大小和亲水疏水性质可调,滤棒成型加工简便,成棒质量稳定,成本(100元/kg)易控,具有较好的应用前景。 In order to reduce benzo[ a] pyrene in cigarette smoke effectively, a filter adsorbent of netty macromolecular porous material was prepared and researched. The results of material test, smoke analyzing and sensory evaluating showed that: 1 ) the prepared material was of porous cylindrical particle with particle size of 0.1-10 μm, particle thickness of 1-3 μm and pore diameter of 2 -3nm; it was a kind of nanosized mesoporous netty macromolecular material and possessed the character of a molecular screen; 2) the material had higher benzo[ a] pyrene adsorbility, it reduced mucl more benzo[ a] pyrene (over 35% ) than tar (10%) in the contrast test; while it had little effect on moisture content, nicotine, and its effect on smoking quality was not significant; 3) the raw material for making this adsorbent was readily available and the synthesizing process was simple, the pore size and hydrophilicity were adjustable, the technology for filter making was simple and filter quality was stable, the cost (100 yuan/kg) was easy to be controlled, and the prospect of its application was good.
