摘要
利用流动注射与光散射光谱法进行了烟草中钾含量的测定试验,并采用该法和AAS法分别测定了5种牌号卷烟样品中的钾含量。结果表明:K[B(C6H5)4]沉淀在碱性介质中产生的散射光强比在酸性介质中的大;测定波长为420nm,散射光强最大;在10~60μg/mL浓度范围内,散射光强与钾离子浓度线性正相关;方法的检出限为0.547μg/mL,回收率〉90.70%,CV〈3.17%,该法的测定结果与AAS法无显著性差异,适合烟草中钾含量的快速分析。
The potassium contents in 5 tobacco samples were determined with AAS and FIA-LSP (flow injection analysis-light scattering photometry), respectively. The results indicated that: 1 ) the scattering intensity produced by potassium tetraphenylboron precipitated in basic medium was higher than that precipitated in acid medium; 2) the maximum scattering intensity was obtained at the wavelength of 420 nm, and the intensity linearly positively correlated with potassium concentration within the range of 10-60 mg/mL; 3) the recovery of potassium was over 90.70% with coefficient of variation under 3.17% at the detection limit of 0. 547 mg/mL; and 4) there was no significant difference between the results determined by AAS and FIA-LSP. FIA-LSP is suitable for rapid analysis of potassium in tobacco.
