温湿度对烟田杂草小蓟锈病菌夏孢子萌发的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了寻找生物防治杂草小蓟的自然天敌,对侵染小蓟[Cephalanoplos segetum(Bunge)Kitam]的蓟柄锈菌(Puccinia obtegens)夏孢子在不同温度、湿度和光照条件下的萌发情况进行了试验。结果表明:蓟柄锈菌夏孢手萌发的最适温度为15~22℃;在环境相对湿度76%~100%的条件下,需有水滴存在蓟柄锈菌夏孢子才能萌发;但蓟柄锈菌夏孢子的萌发对光照不敏感。 In order to find the natural enemy of Cephalanoplos segetum (Bunge) Kitam, the effects of temperature, humidity and light on the uredospores germination of its rust pathogen, Puccinia obtegens, were investigated. The results showed that the optimum temperature of uredospores germination was 15-22 ℃, and its germination took place under the environmental relative humidity of 76%-100% and at the presence of water drops, susceptible to light. while the uredospores germination was not
