全科医师在军人诊室中的作用

The Function of General Practitioners in Soldier Consulting Room

本文通过对门诊军人患者疾病谱及就诊需求的分析,认为在门诊军人诊室设内、外科全科医师有利于提高军人患者就诊效率,保证服务质量,解决军地就诊矛盾,减缓专科接诊压力,说明了全科医师的实际应用意义,并提出全、专科并重并相互配合,建立统一结合的工作模式,共同为军队患者服务,推动医学的全面发展。

Based on the analysis of the medical demand and disease spectrum of the soldier patients,the author considered that general practitioners were necessary for soldiers＇ outpatient room.Meanwhile,the author regarded that this would be beneficial to raising treatment efficiency,ensuring medical service quality,resolving the contradiction between military patients and civil ones,relieving the medical treatment pressure.Then,the author put forward that both general practitioners and professional doctors should be laid equal stress,and united work model should be established of the both,which would promote the medical service quality of military patients and the overall development of medicine.
