The foundation of economy hospital was an important action to implement scientific development view to reduce the hospital cost and promote the hospital connotation construction.Resorting to reform and innovation,the hospital optimized the resources allocation by taking strengthening material management and bringing out full play the initiative of human resource.Through these practice,the hospital stepped into a sustainable development way which was characterized by high quality,great benefits and low consumption.
