通过调研,并结合军队医院的实际,就新形势下军队医院学科建设提出了对策:一是要强化主官抓学科建设的意识,二是要理顺学科建设的管理体制,明确责任,三是要切实解决好学科带头人问题。四是要合理配置学科建设资源,搞好优化组合的学科建设思路。

This author put forward the following aspects on the construction and development of subject in military hospital based on investigation.Firstly,hospital managers should strengthen the mind of construction of subject.Secondly,arranging the management system to clarify everyone responsibility.Thirdly,perfecting the system of chief subject guider.Finally,optimizing the resources allocation and regrouping of subject.
