摘要
为进一步提高医务人员"以病人为中心"的服务理念,改变医师队伍中现存的职称结构不合理、忙闲不均和基础医疗质量难以保证等问题,探索优化人员配置使用的医疗管理新模式,在进行充分调研和试点基础上,本院在临床科室全面推行了评聘分开前提下的主诊医师负责制改革。通过改革,改变了"倒宝塔"人员结构,医务人员的工作责任心和积极性明显提高,取得较为满意的效果。
In order to raise the patient-centered idea and change the unreasonable title structure of doctors and improve the basic medical quality,we carried out the responsibility system of attending doctors.Based on the full research and pilot,the practice that was a new exploration of medical management began under the premise of total separation between evaluation and employment in clinic departments.The reform made great achievement in the following aspects,which were changing the unreasonable staff structure and enhancing the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of medical staff.
