This article summarized the experiences on organization and construction of digital library literature resources in military large-scale comprehensive hospitals and made a brief introduction about the background,principle,software and hardware,composition of digital information resources and the service and guarantee situation of digital library.The author emphasized that digital literature resources played a very important role in supporting the medical affairs,healthcare,teaching and science research of military large-scale comprehensive hospital.
