介绍了指纹识别的一般原理,详细阐述了CPU S3C2440A和HB7121B的各模块结构及其功能;并且给出了S3C2440A与指纹识别器HB7121B的连接,完成了指纹识别器的硬件设计。同时,讨论了Linux操作系统的嵌入和应用软件的编写,完成了指纹识别器的软件设计。该设计方案将ARM9技术引入指纹识别领域,将对ARM技术的应用和指纹识别的发展产生促进作用。
The general principle of the fingerprint identification is presented. The modular structures and functions of CPU S3C2440A and HB7121B are described in detail. The connections between CPU S3C2440A and fingerprint identifier HB7121B are given, thus the hardware design of the identifier is implemented. In addition, the embedded operating system Linux and the programming of application software are discussed, thus the software design is accomplished. In the design, the ARM9 technology has been involved in the area of fingerprint identifier. This will promote the application of ARM technology and development of fingerprint identification.
