摘要
在分析大生产数据基础上,结合16Mn钢生产质量问题,提出该钢组织偏析和带状严重是与锰含量偏高密切相关的,上述问题可通过控制终轧温度和降低锰含量约20%得以解决并因此获巨大的经济效益。
Based on analyzing mass production data, it is found that segregation and bands in 16Mn steel is caused by higher Mn content in the steel. Such defect can be removed by controlling finish rolling temperature and reducing Mn content by 20%.
