摘要
为促进矿山安全生产现代化建设的步伐,确保井下作业工作人员的人身安全,研制了一种基于本安防爆技术的矿用井下供电报警系统。该系统集多路信号检测、分析、报警于一体,主要采用本安防爆、DSP信号处理与光电隔离抗干扰等技术。系统硬件结构紧凑、布局合理,具有抗干扰能力好、实时性强、可靠性高、功耗低等优点;配套软件采用模块化设计、管理功能强大。实践表明,该系统对于保障当前矿山井下作业供电系统的安全正常运行起到积极作用。
In order to promote modernization of safety production in mines, and to ensure the miners' safety, a mine-used power supply alarm system based on the intrinsic safety explosive-proof technology is researched and developed. By adopting the technologies of intrinsic safety explosive-proof, DSP signal processing and photoelectric isolating anti-interference, the system integrated the functions of detection, analysis and alarm for multiple channel signals. The structure of system hardware is compact with reasonable layout, and features good capability of anti-in-terference, real-time performance, high reliability, and low power dissipation. The software makes use of modular design and offers rich management functions. The practice indicates that the system is positive to ensure safety operation of power supply system in mines.
