摘要
介绍HC冷连轧机组轧制规程设定与优化的一种新方法,在利用影响函数法进行板形计算的基础上,用黄金分割法进行一维搜索和多元回归,得到了保证良好板形条件下中间辊横移量和弯辊力关系的数学模型。结合现场轧机数据。给出了各模型系数的取值,为HC轧机工艺参数的设定提供了参考数据。
In this paper, a new method of the rolling schedule set up and optimizing for cold strip HC-mill is introduced. Based on flatness calculation with Influence Function method, Golden Section method and multivariable regression analysis, a set-up model of relationship between intermediate roll shifting and roll bending force for best shape is obtained. In the paper, according to the data from HC-mill practice a series of model coefficients and the parameters of the set-up are given.
