摘要
通过对冷镦标准件用钢MSWRCH35K热轧盘条的生产工艺和质量进行分析认为,MSWRCH35K钢的化学成分稳定,外形尺寸偏差小,不圆度小,表面质量和冷镦性能好,脱碳层和1/2H冷顶锻试验均已达到要求,其实物质量达到了国外同类产品水平和国内先进水平。本公司已具备批量开发、生产标准件行业急需的冷镦标准用钢,替代进口产品。
This article analyzes the production and quality of cold heading steel MSWRCH35K. The MSWRCHH35K wire produced by Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. has consistent chemical composition, small tolerance in diameter, good surface quality and cold heading property. The surface decarburization and 1/2H cold heading test show that the quality is in ccordance with some foreign technical standards.
