摘要
通过对某一炉膛内煤矸石和煤层气燃烧情况进行数值模拟,发现煤矸石和煤层气的掺烧比和一二次风比例对混烧特性有重要影响.分别改变掺烧比和一二次风的比例,得出这2种因素对混烧特性的综合影响:掺烧比主要影响炉膛密相区的温度分布,一二次风比例会影响炉膛内的整个流场.当煤矸石和煤层气的混合比例为8:2,一二次风比例为6:4的时候,综合得到的炉膛燃烧情况比较好.
Both are low heating value fuels. CFB has the superiority to use the fuel with low heat. At the same time, CFB accords with environmental protection. So it is suitable to eonflagrate this two kinds of fuels. Through simulation of burning instance of the two fuels of coal gangue and coal bed methane in a CFB boiler, it is found that the ratio of the two fuels and two kinds of wind are the most important parameters for this experiment. When the two parameters are changed respectively, the effects of the two factors on mixed combustion characteristics can be found: mixing ratio mainly influences the area of high temperature in the bottom of the hearth and the ratio of the two kinds of wind influences the velocity in the whole hearth. When the mixed ratio is 8: 2 and the ratio of two kinds wind is 6 : 4, the combustion result in the hearth is better.
