摘要
介绍人机工程在产品设计中的重要性,根据男子第五十百分位的人体模型数据,在3D MAX环境下设计出相应的人体模型,并将模型保存为3ds文件格式.分析了OPENGL的开发环境设置方法,利用基于VC的该技术设计出相应的人机界面,完成对3ds格式人体模型的读取,并利用人机工程的相应数据设计人体各部位的分析曲面.实际使用证明,该方法可以较大提高人体建模的效率.
This article introduces the importance of ergonomics engineering in products design, then uses the 50 percent database to design human model through 3D MAX software and save as 3ds format. In addition, it analyzes the setting methods of OPENGL developing environment, designs the human-computer interface through the technology in VC to complete access to human model in 3ds, and designs analytical curves of human body by means of corresponding data in ergonomics engineering. Practice shows that this method can improve efficiency of human modeling considerably.
