摘要
产业集群在国内的发展有诸多模式。基于产业集群发展理论，借鉴我国东部地区产业集群发展经验．西部地区的产业集群发展可采用垂直型、水平型、生态型三种模式，在发展产业集群过程中，应制定科学的发展规划，加大政府制度创新力度，加快国有大型企业组织结构调整，培育促进产业集群的区域文化，培育有竞争优势的特色产业集群。
Development pattern for industry cluster is diversified in China. Based on the theory of industry cluster development and on the use of the experience in industry cluster development of the eastern China for a reference, the industry cluster development in the western areas of China could take three model as the uprightness model,plane model and eotype. In the proccess of developing industry cluster, scientific developing program should be make, the system innovation of government should be strengthened, the adjusting of state-owned enterprises＇ oganization should be fastened, regional culture and special industry cluster should be cultivated.
