劳动力层面界定与企业理性分配方式前瞻

摘要 我国劳动力价格长期低于劳动力价值,从宏观上导致我国内外部经济发展不平衡,从微观上导致企业员工的创造性、积极性受到抑制,有些地方甚至出现较大的劳资矛盾,使企业发展不和谐。宏观、微观经济中的症结.需要企业承担公平正义分配的社会责任来解决,让劳动者真正实现其劳动力价值,得到其知识、技术的要素报酬。企业可以通过为劳动者提供效率工资、要素报酬、社会保障、教育培训等形式来实行公平正义分配,构建宏观经济和微观经济和谐发展的分配基础。 In China, the price of labor force has long been lower than its value, thus leading to the unbalanced economic development from macro viewpoint and to a hindrance to employees' initiatives from micro viewpoint. In some business, there even arises sharp contradictory between labor and management, causing inharmonious development. To solve the problems in both micro and macro economics, the business has to take its responsibility of fair and just distribution. So labors can gain full reward for their value, knowledge and skills. The business may practise just distribution by offering employees efficiency wages, productive reward, social insurance and job training and form a distribution base for both micro and macro economics harmonious development.
