摘要
提出了一种测定痕量余氯的荧光猝灭分析方法。该方法是基于罗丹明6G被余氯氧化产生荧光猝灭。方法的检出限为3μg/L,测定的线性范围为3~110μg/L。方法用于自来水中余氯的测定,结果令人满意。
A fluorescence quenching method for determining trace amounts of residual chlorine is proposed. The method is based on the fluorescence quenching oxidation of rhodamine 6G by residual chlorine. The range of determination is 3-110μg/L. The method has been used to determine trace residual chlorine in tap water with satisfactory results.
