面向MC个性化产品设计平台的研究

摘要 为提高个性化产品设计的用户体验,实现用户直接参与个性化产品设计的要求,在主模型和事物特性表变型设计的基础上,利用CAD二次开发接口,JAVA3D,VRML和WEB等技术,研究和开发了一个基于Internet的面向大批量定制个性化产品设计平台,并且将机器学习中的加权聚类算法用于个性化产品设计过程中,实现了基于知识的快速个性化产品设计,并以变速箱设计为例,证实了系统对个性化产品设计过程的支持。 For the sake of enhancing the user's experience in the individualized product design and realizing the demands for users to participate directly in the individualized product design, on the basis of version design of the main model and the objects' property list and utilizing the secondary development interface of CAD, JAVA3D, VRML and WEB etc. technique an individualized product designing platform orientating to mass customization based on Internet was studied and developed. The weighted clustering algorithm in machine learning was applied to the course of individualized product design, thus realized the knowledge based rapid individualized product design. Taking the design of gear-box as an example, the support of the system on the course of individualized product design was confirmed.
