摘要
基于已有的动力学模型,以SHQ40偏置式三环减速机为实例,对行星轴承刚度对系统性能的影响进行了分析。根据分析,提出通过增大系统的行星轴承刚度来改善三环传动动态性能的可能途径。
Taking the SHQ40 offset typed three-ring reducer as an example and based on the already existed dynamic model, analysis has been carried out on the influence of planetary bearing rigidity on the system behaviouls. On the basis of analysis, the probable way for improving the dynamic performance of three-ring transmission by increasing the planetary bearing rigidity of the system was put forward.
