摘要
针对一类具有微小杆长差的间歇运动连杆机构,运用ADAMS建立机构参数化模型,进行机构运动学和力学特性的仿真分析及可视化设计研究。结果表明:利用微小杆长差的间歇运动连杆机构具有明显的间歇运动特征和良好的力学特性,基于ADAMS的可视化分析与设计方法直观高效。
Aimed at a kind of connecting rod mechanism of intermittent movement that possesses slight difference of rod lengths, the parameterized model of mechanism was established by ADAMS, the simulative analysis on characteristics of kinematics and dyna mics of mechanism and study of visualized design were carried through. The result indicated that the connecting rod mechanism of intermittent movement that utilizing the slight difference of rod lengths possesses obvious characteristics of intermittent movement and good mechanics features, and the visualized analysis and designing method based on ADAMS were visual and highly active.
