直肠超声诊断前列腺癌的临床应用

Clinical application of transrectal ultrasound in treatment of prostate cancer

摘要 目的探讨直肠超声检查对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法结合PSA、CT、MRI经手术后病理证实,分析比较直肠超声检查的诊断结果。结果直肠超声检查对前列腺癌的诊断符合率为77%,直肠超声显示前列腺内低回声结节。结论直肠超声检查可发现前列腺小癌肿。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of transrectal ultrasound in the treatment of prostate cancer. Methods 23 cases of prostate cancer treated with PSA, CT, MRI and postoperative pathological confirmation were analysed respectively and the results of transrectal ultrasound were compared. Results The diagnostic match rate of transrectal ultrasound for prostate cancer was 77 %. Transrectal ultrasound showed hypoecho nodes in prostate.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound could detect prostate cancer.
