摘要
介绍了机械平衡的原理及分类,以及机械制造过程中允许的不平衡量和平衡精度,并对回转件的平衡实验法及原理、动平衡测试系统以及数字信号处理技术作了介绍,根据动平衡理论分析了平衡测试技术在生产中的应用.
This paper introduces the principle and classification of mechanical balance, the allowable amount of unbalance and balance precision in the process of mechanical manufacturing, the balance testing method and its principle, the dynamic balancing system, and digital signal processing technology for rotating parts. Then analyzes the application of balancing testing technology in production.
