摘要
探讨了热处理工艺在模具制造过程中的应用,对传统热处理工艺,如化学热处理中的气体渗氮、离子渗氮、液体渗氮型真空热处理,以及建立在传统热处理工艺之上的新热处理技术的优点进行了阐述和总结;也对新兴的硬化膜沉积技术和预硬化技术的应用价值及其现阶段的可行性进行了探讨,以期为模具制造中的热处理技术的应用提供参考.
This paper discusses the application of heat treatment in the producing process of molding tool ,expatiates and summarizes the using merits of the heat treatment techniques including traditional techniques such as gas nitriding, ion nitriding and liquid nitriding in chemistry heat treatment, and new type vacuum heat treatment technique which is established on the traditional heat treatment technique. Also, it discusses the application value of the new hardening film sediment and pre-hardening technique and the feasibility at present, so as to provide reference for the application of heat treatment in die manufacturing.
