摘要
孔子的教育言行集中体现在《论语》中,主要表现为:教学过程上讲究循序渐进:了解学生志愿,引导学生兴趣,勉励其专心致志学习;教学方法上讲究科学性:因材施教,动员发问,允许辩论;抓典型,表扬批评;提倡实事求是,反对弄虚作假;以身作则,择善而从,自省改过;对弟子关怀备至,负责到底。
Confucius's teaching practice is collectively embodied in the Analects. It mainly emphasizes the aspects of:gradual improvement in the course of teaching-to understand the students' will,to facilitate their interest and to help motivate them to study whole-heartedly ;scientific sense in methodology-to teach according to the practical teaching material and the students' reality, to facilitate by means of questions and allowing debates;to get some good models praised;to advocate the fact of being practical and realistic and meanwhile oppose falsification;to set oneself an example to others and follow the merits of self-criticism;and to care for the students to the utmost and be responsible for them to the end.
