摘要
针对我国房地产市场地区发展的不平衡和"一刀切"的房地产宏观调控效果不佳的现状,在总结国内外房地产市场聚类研究现状的基础上,根据房地产经济学原理,从总量均衡和结构均衡2个方面构建了我国房地产市场宏观调控分类指标,并进行了聚类分析,把我国30个省市分为6个区域,为我国房地产市场分类宏观调控提供依据。
Some scholar put forward that the Chinese real estate need the Classifying macro-con- trol because un-equilibrium development of the Chinese Real Estate and the poor effect of the current macro-policies. The literature of real estate clustering research was analyzed and Real Estate Macro- control index were constructed according to supply-demand equilibrium and configuration equilibrium. Chinese real estate was divided into six clusters by clustering research. Some conditions for Chinese real estate classifying macro-control are also proposed.
