摘要
利用已有模型,并作一定修正来计算哈尔滨房地产非均衡度,得出哈尔滨房地产业发展比较健康,同时提出哈尔滨应提高房地产业在GDP中比重,进一步加大新区开发力度,促进经济增长.
Taking the advantage of existed model and adjusting it according to the situation in Harbin, this paper calculates the disequilibrium degree. It conclude that the real estate in Harbin is healthy , and the local government should increase the ratio of real estate industry in GDP and investment more in the development of new district so as to incentive the economy.
