摘要
介绍了交流阻抗谱法测试质子交换膜质子电导率的原理与等效电路.并以Nafion117膜为例介绍了采用交流阻抗法测试其电导率的测试夹具及测试平台的设计和搭建,给出了Nafion117膜的交流阻抗谱图以及膜质子电导率随温度的变化曲线.采用交流阻抗法测试质子交换膜的电导率是质子交换膜燃料电池性能测试的重要手段.
The principle and equivalent circuits for the testing PEM conductivity is described in this paper. Take Nafion117 for an example for introduce the AC impedance application in proton conductivity test. The testing equipment, AC impedance spectroscopy of the Nafion117, the curves between temperature and proton conductivity are provided. The results showed that measurement of proton conductivity using AC impedance method is an important way of analysis the performances of the proton exchange membrane fuel cells.
