中和水解法处理脆硫锑铅精矿浸出液新工艺 被引量:4

A NEW PROCESS FOR TREATING LEACH SOLUTION OF JAMESONITE CONCENTRATE BY A NEUTRALIZATION HYDROLIZATION METHOD

摘要 用苏打作中和剂,对锑铅精矿的氯化浸出渡进行了中和水解处理,锑的水解率可达99%以上,由这种水解液可制得浓度为120g/L以上的NaCl溶液,这为氯的返回利用和实现新氯化-水解法无污染处理脆硫铅锑精矿打下了良好的基础.水解产物经EDTA转型,可制得高纯立方晶型的锑白. The chlorination--leach solution of jamesonite concentrate is treated by a neutralization-hydrolization method in which sodium carbonate solution is used as a neutralizer. The experimental results show that the percentage of hydrolization of Sb reaches 99 % or even more. A solution containing NaCl more than 120 g·L-1 can be obtained from the resulting hydrolization solution, which not only makes it more convenient to recover chlorine but also lays a solid foundation for no pollution treatment of jamesonite concentrate by the new chlorination--hydrolization process. The product of hydrolization is washed in EDTA solution so that antimony white of high--purity and most cubic crystal is obtained. The success of the new process makes it possible to treat jamesonite concentrate in industry on large scales.
