After the breaking out of anti-Japan War, Ningbo gang enterpreneur Hu Xiyuan moved his industries into the rear area o and established eight factories including West Asia Eclectric corporation, which has made great contributions to both military and civial needs in the rear area. He has also participated actively in setting up the rear industrial group, promoted joining up the Law of Industrial Committee, and helped making up the Domestically Country -- building Committee.
