摘要
烟台市污水处理工程是德国政府赠款项目,烟台市重点工程,污水排海管道是污水处理工程的重要组成部分。污水排海是合理利用海洋水体的自净能力处理污水的一种方式,其目标是利用临海的区位优势,在满足水质要求的前提下.尽量降低水处理系统的投资费用,从而达到社会、经济、环境效益的统一。本文简述了排海管道位置的选择、排海管道工艺设计(包括放流管长度计算、扩散管长度计算、孔口间距计算、孔口直径计算、调压井水位计算)、排海管道结构设计和污水深海排放工程效益分析。
Yantai waste water treatment project is a financing grant from German government which is one of the most important projects in Yantai city. The pipework for treated waste water sea disposal is a main part in this project. It's a reasonable way to treat the waste water by sea water exchanging in different layers. The main goal is to reduce the investment for waste water treatment system by using the sea situation of Yantai city and the quality must meet with the requirements, thus to reach to the social, economical and environment benifits.
This paper simply analyze the selection of pipework site, the process design of sea disposal pipework (including the calculation of length of the transit pipe, the calculation of length of the expension of the pipe, the width between pipe holes, the diameter of the hole, and the water level of pressure adjustments well) , and design of the structure of pipework as well as the analysis of the economy for the deep disposal of the wastewater.
