利用不动点定理得到了时滞Ｌｏｇｓｔｉｃ方程正周期解的存在性，用Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ泛函证明了解的渐近性。

In this paper, the existence of postive periodic solutions for delay logistic equation has been built by using fixed theorem, and the asymptotic behavior of solutions has been proved by using Liapunov function
