构建系统化的云南生物资源知识产权保护体系的思考

Thinking of the protection of the intellectual property rights system in Yunnan biological resources

云南是生物资源的宝库,但无论国家层面还是云南省层面,对生物资源知识产权的保护都还十分不健全,立法上还处于空白,这对云南生物资源知识产权的保护是非常不利的。本文试对如何构建系统化的云南生物资源知识产权保护体系提出一些设想,以期能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Yunnan is a reservoir of biological resources, but regardless the level of Yunnan or national level, the protection of intellectual property right of biological resources is also very distemperedness, still in the legislative gaps. This paper proposes some ideas on how to build biological resources in Yunnan systematic IPR protection system with a view to play a role in greater returns.
