对中国语境下“科学挤压人文”命题的审思

Meditate over the proposition of"science crowding out humanities"in the context of China

在中国语境下,"科学挤压人文"这一命题并不必然成立。在中国,人文传统的断裂以及由此而来的人文教育的空疏化、政治化是人文精神失落不可忽视的内在原因,而20世纪80年代以后政治权力合法性基础的转移所导致的经济功利主义的强旺是其失落的外部诱因。

In the context of China, the proposition of ＂science crowding out humanities＂ does not necessarily stand firm. China witnessed that the split of humanity tradition and its according empty and politics-oriented humanity education was the internal reason that can＇t he neglected for the erosion of humanity spirits. While, the external reason was the fanning economically utilitarianism caused by the legitimate base switch of China＇s political power post the 1980s.
